My name is Larry. I am a newbee using your Desktop Workstation software. I have two issues that need to be resolved before I purchase the software:
1. Some of the new virtual machines I am creating are stuck in PXE Boot mode. I cannot access the CDROM drive or ISO function even if I change the BIOS.
2. Some of the new virtual machines are no longer recognizing my CDROM Drive
Can you offer a solution to these 2 issues?
