PROBLEM RUNNING VMware 7 on MANDRIVA 2010 (x86)

A few days ago, i installed VMware 7 on a Mandriva Linux 2010 (x86 version) but, at the moment of running it... i couldn't.

The problem is relatd with "KERNEL HEADERS", as you can see in the screen capture that i attach here.

Now... what's next??? What can i do to solve this trouble!?

Please... I need the community wisdom.

MANDRIVA 2010 is not listed as a supported Host OS for VMware Workstation 7. I see that Mandriva 2009 is listed as supported though.

Why don't you install the kernel headers via rpm ?

Then, have a look at the hints for 2.6.31 compilation :

The distribution can be unsupported but it can be still possible to run Workstation under Mandriva 2010.

Hope it will be helpful.
