One question... In Vmware Workstation Pro 16, If I configured two servers and two workstations (Windows Server 2019/2016 Data Centers) and Windows 10 pcs) using NAT (Network Address Translation) will this cause conflict with outside of virtual network?

That shouldn't cause any issues, except you are going to use exiting host/domain names, and register the VM's in DNS.
