I'm running Win XP 32 bit as host, and Win 7 64bit as guest.
Everything works fine except the following behaviour:
I usually work in the Win7 guest. When I leave my computer I lock the host with [windows]-[L]. When I return, I unlock my computer and resume my work in the guest. But in the guest the time is set to the point in time when i locked the computer, and will only update some time later to the current time. Also any RDP connection or download did not continue during the period when the workstation was locked.
I have also a linux guest with nagios on it. This guest continues to work as intended, when the the computer is locked.
In the energy options of win7 the settings are on high performance, standby is disabled.
In the settings for the network card to switch off to save energy is disabled.
Does someone had a similar problem and found a solution for it?
