No mouse clicks seen by guest Workstation 15.0.2 Win 10 VM, after VM opened by Player 15.0.2

No mouse clicks seen by guest Workstation 15.0.2 Win 10 VM, after VM opened by Player 15.0.2

To Reproduce Problem:

1) Begin with working Win 10 VM with Workstation 15.0.2 and latest VMware Tools installed.

2) Create Snapshot called Before Player.  Critical step - otherwise no VM recovery possible.

3) Open VM with Player 15.0.2

4) Demonstrate that mouse clicks recognized.

5) Shutdown VM

6) Open VM with Workstation

7) Try mouse clicks. Guest does not respond to Left, Right, nor Double mouse clicks.

(If guest takes control of USB mouse from host then mouse clicks work.)

😎 Shut down Guest

9) Open VM with Player 15.0.2

10) Try mouse clicks. Guest does not respond to Left, Right, nor Double mouse clicks.

11) Revert to Snapshot called Before Player.

12) Open VM with Workstation

13) Try mouse clicks. Guest responds to Left, Right, and Double mouse clicks.

Is this a known problem?
