With the end of Win 7 support, I cloned a Win 7 guest and upgraded it to Windows 10. I cannot get any internet connectivity on the upgraded guest.
I have tried several fixes reported elsewhere online, except "reset to defaults" because for some reason that is not an option on a Ubuntu host.
The initial Win 7 guest still works as expected with full internet and network access.
The same VMnet settings are used for both guests.
Has anyone found a workaround to restore network connectivity after upgrading Win 7 to 10?
