Networking

I configured 3 guest machines on my x64-bit windows 7 host. The 3 VMs are Windows Server 2008 R2(as Server), and 2 Windows 10(Clients 1 &2). I need to establish a virtual network environment within the host. I have tried to add the clients using Active Directory Users and Computers but it failed. I tried joining the domain directly from the client but it could not see the domain. I checked the Domain Controller is installed and running. What do I do to bring the clients into the domain?

Welcome to the Community,

Some time ago I posted a sample configuration for a virtual domain. Please see whether this is useful for you.

see 5.  Re: Can't Join a Computer to a Domain in WorkStation 8

PS. Which VMware product/version do you use? Workstation or Player?
