Need to get VMWare Workstation 6.0.2 for Evaluation

Hello,

I need to get VMWare Workstation 6.0.2 (that's the version I need, not the newer one) for evaluation. I got a 30 day evaluation key for 7.14, but it doesn't work for 6.0.2

Please advice

Assuming you have the permission for the download, you can find VMware Workstation 6.0.2 at http://downloads.vmware.com/d/info/desktop_downloads/vmware_workstation/6_0 (click "View history"). Unless I'm mistaken, you should be able to install it without entering a license key. This way it will run in evaluation mode.

VMware Workstation will install without a serial number however I do not believe you can run a Virtual Machine without inputting a valid a serial number.

WS 6.0.2 does only run VMs in vmplayer.exe without a valid license key
vmware.exe itself will not start VMs - however it allows to create VMs
