Need to create an image of an existing XP machine.

We are using VMWare Workstation Pro 12. I need to create a VM Image of an older XP machine. I can't install Pro 12 on the machine (Error 1612). How can I create the image?

This is the tool provided for P2V.

I get a message when I try to install the converter I get this error message, "The system has not been modified. To install this program at later time, run the installation again."  Every time I run the install; I get it even after installing SDK.
