NTVDM-CPU failure

After convert a physical pc to a vm, everything looks fine. Only a 16-bit DOS programm runs with failure.

NTVDM-CPU hat a failure. CS:8af9 IP:3a22 OP:63 68 74 20 7a.

How can I solve the problem?

i think workstation 6 or seven, where dos is availabel.

Guest OS is Win XP

converted with workstation 5.0.0. converter

did the original boot.ini use any custom parameters ?
do you use a non-empty autoexec.bat ?
