This question bothering me for a long time
how far is your guest machines time from your host?
Not sure, because sometimes several times faster, sometimes about 1 times faster
This is the screenshots I
1and:2host over 30S, guest machines over the 140S
3and4: I just cut down the pictures, and this time it did not last so fast.

Hi Fengare,
Do you also have time synchronisation set in the guest OS?
I mean is your windows XP guest trying to set the time itself as well?
It is suggested to only use one source for time synchronisation.
Use either windows time synchronisation OR use vmware tools time synchronisation, but not both at the same time.
Hope this helps,
