My VMware 11.0 won't display the library where i access ubuntu 14.04

HELP!!!!  needed this application has bugs because i am unable to access my ubuntu 14.04 (guest) on my windows 8.1 pro (host)

any solution to this problem

I am seriously annoyed!! i just unistalled my vmware and my ubuntu 14.04 (guest) and i installed them again and STILL THE SAME PROBLEM (inability to access the guest os) came up AGAIN LIKE WTF!@!@ who programmed this ish with so many bugs and there are no updates available for this crap!!! am being forced to think otherwise oraclevirtualbox
