Multiple Monitor displays is black

I just tried to do a full screen on a VM and I extended it by hitting the  Cycle Multiple Monitors button but all I can see on my second screen is a black screen.  Is there something I need to do?

OK,

Here I a little more information:

I am running Windows 7 64 bit.

It looks like the feature works on my WinXP VM but not my windows Server 2008R2 and not my Win7 64 bit VM.

I did find a workaround, if I force the number of monitors to 2 I can expend my VM over both.

Is this a bug?
