I cloned my Windows 7 VM then upgraded it to Windows 10. My plan is to delete the Windows 7 VM once I have my Win10 VM working correctly. My problem is, when I select any multi-monitor layout and attempt to move an application to another monitor the application will move only part of the way. Even if leave to application part way on the second monitor and then move the mouse to the second monitor and click on the application it performs no operations.
