I moved the virtual machine (WinXP) on new laptop.
On the old and new laptop is installed WIN10
When I try to power on the virtual machine the laptop crash.
What VMware product (and version) are you using?

What version of Windows 10 is on that new host? Workstation 14 is not supported on newer builds of Windows 10.
Same of the old laptop Windows 10 Pro 19044.1415
