Mouse Arrrow acts funny on Workstation 7

When using workstation 7 i have notice that the mouse arrow pointer asks funny when you try to click on a drop on box from within one of my apps.

Any having this issues.

What guest OS are you using?  What host OS are you using?  Do you have the VMware Tools installed in the guest OS?

What guest OS are you using? Server 2008 Enterprise  What host OS are you using? Server 2008 Enterprise

Do you have the VMware Tools installed in the guest OS? yes
