Missing Workstation 17 Pro Upgrade on Account

I recently upgraded my Workstation 16 Pro license to a Workstation 17 Pro license, and the license doesn't appear in Customer Connect on my account, I have stepped through your KBAs and they didn't rectify the issue. The license still only shows as Workstation 16 Pro, and attempting to upgrade the Workstation 16 Pro client to 17 fails when attempting to enter the license key. I have both of the invoices to my purchase of 16 and 17. Please help, VMware needed for work.
