I have Workstation 6.5 installed in a Ubuntu 8.10 32-bit on an HP Pavilion tx2110us laptop. Everything works perfectly with the exception of one nuisance issue with the Unity feature. When I start Unity and maximize any window (Outlook 2007 for example) the window leaves a big gap at the bottom of the screen. The maximized windows does jump to the top of the screen and expand completely from left to right, but leaves the big gap at the bottom. When maximizing a native Ubuntu application such as Firefox the windows fills the screen as it should. This is more of a nuisance because the max vertical resolution on the laptop screen is 800 so I need to use as much is not all of that 800 as I can.
I have tried entering Unity with the VM windows set to normal, quickswitch mode and full screen. There is no difference in the behavior.
