Keyboard doesn't work in virtual machine

I checked advices from here: https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/1008443 but it didn't help.
Keyboard is wired (I'v also checked PS/2, USB, bluetooth connection).
It works in BIOS but doesn't work in Windows.

What's else I can check?

Additionally, you can try the following

  1. Open the device manager in the VM (type "Device Manager" into the start menu), locate the keyboard driver, right click and uninstall. Then click on "Scan for hardware changes" to reinstall the driver.
  2. Try creating a new VM and see if the keyboard works there. This will help determine whether the issue is specific to the existing VM or a broader problem with your VM software or system configuration.

You need to state which VMware product you are using.
