Issue in VMware Virtual Ethernet Adapter for VMnet 1 and VMnet 8.

Hello! 

A similar question was posted before, but i tried with his solution and doesn't work.
Im trying to connect a vmware debian server with the host but the server is not recognized and bridged network connection doesn't work. 

I checked terminal:ip link/address on debian and compare it to the windows cmd:arp -a and no one match, it means no guest connection is received.
This is my settings, and the device  drivers management, them two are showing error or non existent state:

anyone knows how to solve this? 😞

Did you run the Workstation installer 'As Admin'?  You definitely need to have Admin rights to install the system files and virtual network drivers/files.

Yes i did. And reinstalled it like 2 times.

Fixed reinstalling windows 😕
