Issue Workstation Crashing recv error 10054: Unknown error 10054 (0x2746)

Hi

My vmware workstation 10 (Guest is a Windows Server 2008r2) stops randomly at the time who it crashs here is the log:

I just had the same problem before a freeze. VM cannot start again :
