I would enjoy an opportunity to use vctl for containers in Linux, but I cannot find this tool after the installation of VMWare Workstation 16.
Is vctl available only for Windows 10 hosts?

given that you likely have docker or podman available, what would be the benefit of a linux 'vctrl'?
