We need USB re-direction enable on all of our templates, however some templates USB re-direction is working, and some it's not so it's most likely when the agent was upgraded we simple forgot to enable the USB re-direction. I can't figure out a way to drill into 6.2.1 and see what modifications you have set up, it's not like the older agents where you could simply change it from the control panel.
