Is it possible to define a set of Authorized VMs ?

Hello everybody !

I would like to know if it is possible to put restrictions on the virtual machines that Workstation can run. I want to prevent a set of users on a Windows host from executing VMs besides the ones that I provide them with.

Thanks for your help !

ps : sorry for my awful english

Welcome to the Community - There is nothing I am aware of in Workstation that will prevent that - If they are using their own credentials to access the workstation you can use the Access Control Lists of the directories where the VMs to block their access to those directories.

Thanks weinstein,

Defining ACL for directories is in fact a good idea but it only works in a blacklisting approach. I am more into a whitelisting approach.
