Internet on Windows 95 on VMware Workstation 9

Can someone please help me get the internet to work on my guest Windows 95 OS in VMware Workstation 9?

I have it set up to be hardware compatible with vmware 5.

The sound works - I found the driver for that.

Please help me connect to the internet!

When I go to Internet Explorer 4.0 it says navigation canceled

In Device Manager, under Network adapter, it lists AMD PCNET Family Ethernet Adapter (PCI&ISA), but it has a yellow exclamation point next to it.

Do you have an ipadress configured?

Start with checking if ipnetwork and dns works, try a ping www.google.com from a dos-prompt.
