Has anyone successfully installed Workstation 5.5.8 onto an Ubuntu 8.04 LTS Host? If you have, I would like to know the steps involved in getting it installed and working correctly. Since 8.04 isn't an officially supported host for 5.x.y, there is minimal documentation.
Any help would be ... ummm ... helpful.
