I read other posts about this error, but nothing help me.

I dont think that my problem related to http://communities.vmware.com/message/173786

I ran netdiag /fix and ipconfig /registerdns, also I gave admin "Full control" right for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SECURITY

disable AV and Firewall

But result same.

Any ideas?

Can you run from command line:

net user

net localgroup

and post/attach results?

That is exactly what I have suspected. I don't know if you can do that, but can you rename your administrators group to "Administrators", i.e. English spelling group name?

Also, login as local administrator (if it still does not work create local administrator account named "Administrator" and use it for installation).

Otherwise seek VMware support help.

netdiag doesnt come by default with windows - its not the parameters the computer was complaining of, but the fact the whole command is missing - you should probably google it and download it from somewhere.
