first ofall please check which version you have

the file vmx86.sys should be 55,664 bytes for 32bit hosts and 63,088 bytes for 64bit hosts - file versions should be 8.0.1

This is caused by a failure of Comodo Firewall. I uninstalled Comodo and is working perfectly. thank you Smiley Happy

If you have Comodo, simple start VMware Workstation or Player with administrative priviligies "Run as Administrator", it will work fine, to avoid any unexpected behaviour, I added VMware Workstation and Player as trusted applications in Comodo firewall.
