Impossible reduce / compact Virtual Disk Windows 10 gust

hi to all.

I have a Windows 10 S.o with mcafee antivirus/agente that have ecrypted my disk guest.

I can't remove it by policy.

When i have install Windows 10 it was 40gb disk size, but now , after ecryption the .vmdk is 247GB!

In the guest OS i see that the disk C is onlu 42 gb but i can't reduce the vmdk to 42 or 50 gb.

I have do this step:

1.In the guest s.o i have defragment  disk

2.I have power off virtual machine and i have first use option : compact but workstation says "nothing to compact" , also i have do: VM-manage-disk cleanup but not do anything.

So at the moment i have .vmdk of 247gb but the used space is 43 gb->

HOW I CAN REDUCE IT?

I think that this is the intended behaviour.

Encrypting disk will make it apper as filled with random noise. VMware Workstation then can't find out which part is usable data and which part is empty.
