Identical clones in Vmware Workstation

Hi,

I build a test lab in Vmware workstation.

I have a windows server 8 virtual machine (running DC, DNS, DHCP and so on) and I would like to create an identical clone.

When I tried to use action "Clone", my ip adress configuration has been lost. Operating systems is thinking he has got a new network adapters.

Is there any way how to create absolutely identical clones in VMware Workstation??

Simply copy the whole directory and then, when launching the VM the first time answer "I moved the VM"

Watch out - identical clones will behave strange if you start them inside the same network at the same time
