I accidently installed VMware Workstation 16 and Windows Sandbox together

What it appears is:

You are running this virtual machine with side channel mitigations enabled. Side channel mitigations provide enhanced security but also lower performance.

And I just wanna restore my host computer to the state when I didn't installed Windows Sandbox and VMware Workstation 16 together.
But I don't want this(https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/79832)
Can someone pls help me

If you remove Windows Sandbox, you may then also have to disable Hyper-V on your host. Follow the instructions in KB2146361 to do that.
