How to upgrade Player to Workstation

I have been using Player for some time, and just got a paid license for Workstation.  I downloaded the "bundle" file, but for the life of me I can't figure out how to tell it to install.  I'm a pretty sharp IT person, but this has me stumped. Anyone willing to lead me by the nose thorugh this? Or just point to the correct document.  Thanks.

Thanks – Downloading now. Do you know why my first download (which was linked by my license email) was a “bundle” file instead of an executable setup file?

Hard to tell without knowing the contents of the email. Anyway, VMware Workstation is available for Windows as well as for Linux, and what you got with downloading the bundle was the Linux version.
