How to share raw disks on vm

I am using VMware 15.5 pro. I want to setup a cluster and hence want shared disks which can be accessible on both the VM. Is it possible? If so how?

Workstation doesn't support shared disk. The only product that does is ESXi.

VMware workstation do not support clustering.This can be only do if using vSphere ESXi.

This was working well in Workstation 5 and 6.

It was working a bit in WS 7 and is broken since WS 8.
