Hi How do you reduce VmWare Worksation Pro 12 hard disk from 30GB to 25GB?
The hard disk was created in a single file.
The hard disk was not prelocated.

you can use e.g. VMware's vCenter Converter to do a V2V conversion. The converter allows to resize the target virtual disk with a volume based conversion.
