How to prevent Network folder access from a VM to host machine?

I'm currently running VMWare Workstation 10 with several VMs in it.

I just discovered that if I go to Network in a Windows 10 VM, it will show another VM and the host machine! accessible via network:

So if I keep going, I can access the user account files on the host machine as well as in another VM:

Is there a setting I'm missing to prevent that?

Thanks. Yes, I can do it in a VM but so can any malware or "rogue" code running in it. Is there a way to do it from the host computer side?
