How to configure Home PC lan IP'S To Vmware netwrok adapters

How to configure my PC LAN IP'S to VMWARE network adapters.?  I have uploaded the screenshot, That the same ip's i need to configure on my vmware network, anyone can show me with details. How to config it.

Welcome to the Community - It will depnd on how you have the networking configured for the VM - you will need to have the networking configured as bridged which will allow you to configure the IP address with the VM's operating system - check page 148 of http://www.vmware.com/pdf/desktop/ws90-using.pdf
