How to Use vSphere Client to connect to a Windows 7 VM in Workstation?

The IP address, username, password fields, what do I fill in?

You can not, you could use VMware Workstation to connect to a another computer that is running VMware Workstation and get the display.

The usual way to remotely connect to a Windows session is to use a Remote Desktop Connection (mstsc.exe). Keep in mind that you may need to allow RDP connections from within the Windows guest first.
