How to Network Bridge without Hogging Company DHCP with ESXi + Workstation 12

I want to do a Ubuntu Linux P2V using Workstation 12 + ESXi 6

I would like to configure VMware Workstation 12 on Windows 10 Pro Build 1511 to Install VMware ESXi 6 to run on a work PC on a LAN 192.168.3.113/24.

I want to do a transfer from another server running Ubuntu Linux @ 192.168.3.25/24 to ESXi on a LAN IP that can talk/transfer/make a virtual image.

When I ran the Microsoft Mutilplexor Driver from Network and Sharing Center to network bridge the connections, it made my ESXi able to connect and ping, but for some reason our company DHCP server ended up breaking, and I had to remove everything to bring the network back.

I had setup the ESXi inside of VMware Workstation 12 to 192.168.3.117/24 on VMnet8 and VMnet0 with 192.168.3.114/24.

The Default Gateway is 192.168.3.1

How can I configure my Virtual Network to be able to do a P2V for Ubuntu Linux to ESXi successfully without using the company DHCP or at least make the connections so they don't destroy the company DHCP server since I came into work with my LAN CAT6 cable unplugged from my machine and got yelled at for it being the culprit of hogging the DHCP server?
