How to Include a Host Printer to a Virtual Device

Include a Host Printer to a Virtual Device

You could print from a virtual maker to any kind of printer offered to the host computer without having to install additional motorists in the online device.

The Workstation printer function makes use of ThinPrint modern technology to reproduce the host system printer mapping in the online machine. When you enable the online device printer, Workstation sets up an online serial port to connect with the host printers.

Note

You can not include a printer to a common or remote online machine.

Procedure

1. Select the online device and also choose VM > Setups.

2. On the Hardware tab, choose Include.

3. In the Add Hardware wizard, select Printer as well as Complete.

The default tool setting is to link the virtual maker printer when the digital maker is powered on.

What to do next

In a Print home window, when you attempt to select a printer in Windows 7 digital machines, you may see just the default printer, although other printers are available. To see the other printers, right-click the default printer as well as indicate Printer residential or commercial properties.
