How to Copy a Virtual Machine which includes the Installed Software

I have an XP VM on VMWare Workstation 12.  It is being used as a development environment and therefore has the associated software installed.

I would like to copy the XP VM to another host with another copy of Workstation 12.

After copying the virtual machine files, I can run the XP operating system but it does not have the associated software installed.

Any advice would be appreciate very much!!

Please check original VM, seems it has multiple virtual disks associated. with it. And when you copied, it took only OS disk but not those disks which are holding your application + data.

some of the appliactions are associated with MAC address.

Please check once and re install the application
