Vmware tools on 6.5 removes MSVCP71.DLL when it deinstalls the prior version. I have detoured the problem by putting the file back.
As a courtesy, I would like to make the VMWARE support people aware of the problem, but the only way I found was to pay them for a support incident in order.
Is there a way to accomplish what I want to do without paying to do it.
