How can the linux guest share hosts dynamic VPN IP without restarting VMWare on every new login?

I have VMWare Workstation Pro 16 on a Windows 10 host as development/testing environment.

need to have my guests (WIndows Server, Windows 10, Debian Buster) connected to a corporate VPN accessed via Cisco AnyConnect. The connection has a max duration of 10 hours, so every login gives me a new IP (it is not possible to get a static one).

I use three adapters for all machines, one for an internal static IP, one for sharing Internet in my home network, one (NAT) for sharing the VPN IP.

The Windows guests get the new IP when logging in, but not the Debian guest. Here the only way to make Debian getting the new VPN connection is to restart VMWare. Restarting the guest does not help: a new IP is shown, but connection does not work.

Is there any possibility to share the new VPN connection also in linux, without restarting VMWare every time?

Every recommendation is highly appreciated.
