Host and guest OS in VMware Workstation

Please help me in listing the host and guest OS in VMware Workstation

Hello and welcome to the forums.

If you are after the supported guest operating systems, then refer to the Guest Operating System Installation Guide.

If you want to know supported host operating systems, then refer to the Host System Requirements section (p.23) of the Workstation User's Manual.
