Host Machine Not Seeing Guest

I've been working on this for a couple of days and just cannot get this to work! Would appreciate any help!

I have a host machine running Windows 7 Professional 64 bit. This is the output from an ipconfig /all of the host:

The adapter of the guest is running under bridged mode. I am able to ping and see the host from the guest, but not the other way around. I've tried NAT, VMNet, etc. but nothing seems to work.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!!

Please don't mind me asking, but did you disable the guest's firewall. This is the one which by default blocks ping (ICMP) traffic in newer Windows versions.

Welcome to the Community - The first thing I always check is the configuration of the Windows Firewall -

Just to test, I've actually just turned off WFW just to see if I could see my VM, and even with WFW turned off, I still can't ping either the IP or the VM's name...

Please don't mind me asking, but did you disable the guest's firewall. This is the one which by default blocks ping (ICMP) traffic in newer Windows versions.
