Guest ESXi with NIC Teaming

Hello,

I have 2 virtual ESXi 4.0 over VMWare Workstation 7. I have 3 NIC's in the host, and I've connected 2 ones to ESXi. These 2 nic are connected to the same phisical switch and are configured as bridged in workstation. I've created a Nic Teaming with these 2 Nic's, and when I disconnect the wire of one NIC or disable the connection on the host, the ESXi don't respond. Only can connect with one NIC.

Can anyone help me, please?

Linux or Windows host ?

Did you disable automatic bridging and assigned vmnets manually ? if not - do so now and try again
