I have tried to create a blank VM with the Drive and Tried to copy the S0XX Files into it to no avail,

I have a copy of the VM from a few months ago which i have copied the Header File into the corrupted one, also to no avail (These were used independently for different purposes since then) With error "The capacity of the parent virtual disk and the capacity of the child disk are different."

Any suggestions?

As a first step, please run dir *.* /one > filelist.txt in the VM's folder for a complete file listing, then compress/zip the filelist.txt along with all the small .vmdk descriptor files (the ones wihout "s0xx.vmdk" in their names, and attach the .zip archive to your next reply.
