Extended the HD of a Parant VM in Workstation 15 and All Clones Stopped Working

I have a Parent VM under Workstation 15 which I have cloned into 10 clones.

Each clone has unique config files for MT4 which will be very hard to recreate from scratch...
Is there a chance I can revive those clones

It seems like there there are missing virtual machine disk descriptors or something...

Can anyone HELP please?

I hope it's not already too late to respond.

If you've powered on the base VM, and already modified the guest partition, then it may already be too late to find an easy solution.

However, if you only increased the base virtual disk, it could be an option to manually reduce the size again.

Does the base VM have a monolithic/single .vmdk file, or split .vmdk files (-s00x.vmdk)?
