Estimated release of v16?

I recently installed the Tech Preview 20H1 version of Workstation, excited to be able to use Docker Desktop and VMware in all their Hyper-V compatible glory, only to find that the vagrant vmware plugin doesn't support evaluation versions of VMware, and there is no Media Feature Pack available for Windows 10 20H1, which meant my webcam wouldn't work in Chrome!

I was wondering if there was an estimated release timeline for Workstation 16?

Hi,

VMware does not comment on release features or release dates.

However if you look at the past time frames then I'd say around VMworld US time.

Eg. End of August, begin September is a good guess.
