Error on attemp to upgrade to Workstation 7.1

Hello,

I wanted to upgrade my installation on Windows 7 to Workstation 7.1, but I am getting an error message, and the process does not complete. I am attaching the error messages as .png files. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Are you using the automatic update feature?

If not then you might want to try using the full download version from the web site.

If you are using the full download version, did you check that your download was ok by verifying either the MD5 or SHA1 hash?
