Enable Virtual Trusted Platform Module (VTPM) on Workstation 11 Pro with Windows 10 Pro

My Host system has TPM setup and running.  However, I am unable to invoke TPM (or VTPM) within my VM under Workstation 11 Pro.  Consequently, I cannot invoke Bitlocker.  How do you setup VTPM for this environment?

Virtual TPM requires VMware Workstation Pro 14/Fusion 10; hardware compatibility version 14.

Workstation Pro 14.x requires Intel Westmere CPU and later (Intel CPUs launched 2010 and later), although there are a few exceptions that were launched in/after 2010 that are unable to run Workstation Pro 14.x. VMs with vtpm also requires that the VM is encrypted; so it would be best also that the CPU has the AES instruction.

You can download a 30-day evaluation first and see if it works with the host that you have.
